I haven't been on here in forever and I don't know where to start. My depression is getting worse and I feel like a fat cow!! I am taking control from my binges n not gonna give in!!! I need support but everyone around me knows of my past with Ed and says I need to just get over it.

day 3

Well, yesterday i ended up in the er cuz i passed out from being dehydrated. and then they did blood tests and i was low on potasium as well so i got stupid iv =( today i threw up from being so hungry so then i ended up binging and purging. Today was a bad and out of control day!! Tomorrow i am going to by me some stackers. I decided that unless i can force myself to drink more, i cant no longer take the diuretics!

(no subject)

Well today went sucessful as ever!! i made it through out the whole day with out eating. i only had a few sips of water tho so i will try harder tomorrow to drink more as i dont want to make my self any more dehydrated then i  already am and have to go in for an iv cuz then my dr will suspect what is going on and might put me back inpatient which i could not deal with right now. I am proud and happy to get day one over with sucessfully!! I hope that everyone eles had as good of a day as i did and good luck to everyone for tomorrow!!

Should people who are sentenced to life in prison be allowed the death penalty as an option, and why?

NOPE! they deserve to sit there and be punished for the crime they commited. the death penelty is them getting out of what they did!! they should sit there and have to live miserably!!

Water fasting. three 14days.
 (all together 42days water fasting with two days allowed a small bowl of soup 130 cal or less.)

(Goal for the end of this first 14days, is to drop 10-15lbs.)
